Dear ECVP 2009 delegates,
the abstract review process is now finished. Each abstract has been
reviewed by up to two experts, who scored each abstract according to
quality of content and form. Taking into consideration your individual
presentation preference and the the limited number of talk slots
available, we have reached a decision concerning your abstract. Three
outcomes are possible:
1. Oral presentation;
2. Poster presentation;
3. Abstract not accepted into the ECVP program.
To find out in which category your submitted abstract falls, pls. login
to the ECVP website. There you will to notified whether and how your
contribution has been scheduled (talk/poster). Upon log-in you will be
given an option to change your log-in e-mail address. Since this e-mail
address is printed together with your abstract in the Perception
proceedings book we recommend that you use your institutional e-mail
address.
On the same page you will be notified as to the status of your submitted
abstract. As soon as the schedule of the final scientific program has
been completed a pdf- document containing precise information about the
date and time of each presentation will be clearly posted at the ECVP
website. That will be around the middle of June. Further information
about the size specifications for the posters will be posted at the
website at that time.
